SHIPPING
Your order will be despatched within 2 working days of purchase. An email will be sent to you once your order has been despatched with an Australia Post tracking number.
All orders $140 and over are delivered free (within Australia). Orders under $100 within Australia are $10.00 each and are sent via Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ and will be delivered within the standard Australia Post delivery days. If you would like your parcel to be delivered sooner we can organise express shipping for $15.00 (Australia only). Express Post is not a guaranteed overnight delivery. Deliveries are between 1-3 days.
Sunny Souls & Happy Hearts is not responsible for lost or damaged products during transit. We will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such.

Unfortunately if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
Pick-up service
We offer a pick-up service for our local Western Australian customers, please note we are located up in the Perth Hills near Kalamunda. Our pick up location address will be provided once your order is ready for collection.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. .
How do I return an item?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at sunnysoulshappyhearts@gmail.com before sending any returns to see if you are eligible for a return/refund. Customers are responsible for any return costs. Please note that it is always necessary to have received the order prior to requesting a refund. Therefore, use a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit, and if you do not have tracking or insurance you are liable and will not qualify for the refund. The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
